Joomla 4.4 reached end of life in October 2025. It is supported for sites that have not yet migrated, but Joomla 5 or 6 is the better home for a new install.
Updates
New versions are reported through Joomla's own update system, under System → Update → Extensions. If your licence requires a download key, enter it under System → Update → Update Sites. See Installation.
